Help with online registration

Yes, I'm ready, I'm registering fully online!

Choose if:

  • You are sure of your choice
  • You have a secondary school diploma and meet the admission requirements. For certain programmes, you need to upload documents, e.g. the Entry Level Test for Teacher Training.
  • You have your identity card (and possibly an e-ID reader) at hand.
  • Do you say yes to all points? Off to our online registration page!

We will process your registration internally from 26 June 2023 and then send you your account, practical info about the start day, the bill and other important papers. So be sure to keep an eye on your mailbox from July onwards to receive the final registration or for any additional questions.

Yes, I am registering online, but will finish my registration later.

Choose if:

  • You are not yet sure of your choice
  • You cannot (yet) complete your details
  • You have not been able to upload all documents, but want to sort this out yourself at a later date.

You can continue your registration at any time. Surf to the registration page and choose 'change registration'. Enter your e-mail address and password and complete your registration.

We will process your registration internally from 26 June 2023 and then send you your account, practical info about the start day, the bill and other important papers. So be sure to keep an eye on your mailbox from July onwards to receive the final registration or for any additional questions.

Some more tips on your online registration.

  • Use your private e-mail address to create your account and in the field under personal data (and therefore not your school or work address, as this may change or be discontinued).
  • Scanning your documents can also be done by photographing the document.
  • Use these settings when scanning your documents:
    • Scan to pdf
      • Black-white
      • 300 dpi
      • Best applied with OCR
    • Scan to image
      • Black-white
      • 300 dpi
      • JPEG / PNG format
  • To complete your registration, you must go through the 7 steps to complete your data. Only afterwards will the 'define study programme' button be activated.
  • You can register on a laptop but also mobile (tablet, smartphone)

Is it necessary for me to visit in person?

Choose if:

  • You do not have a secondary school diploma or do not meet the admission requirements
  • You combine work and study or want to apply for exemptions
  • You want to apply for facilities or a status 
  • You are otherwise stuck with online registration

Our staff will answer all your questions and give you the necessary information. If possible, your registration will also be taken care of on site.

So I will come in person, what should I definitely bring?

As a new EhB student, you will bring the following:

  • Identity card
  • Diploma: it is best to bring this along just to be sure. If you obtained your diploma before 2000 or outside the Flemish community, at the Examination Commission of the Flemish community or via a centre for adult education, you are obliged to bring it along.  Other diplomas can be found in the LED database of the Flemish government, but there may be some delay in doing so.
  • Don't meet the language requirements? Check which language certificates you need to bring here.
  • Proof of participation in starter test (for teacher training courses only)

The student secretariats are closed between 9 July and 15 August 2023, before and after we would be happy to welcome you during office hours. Of course, respecting the coronagraphs. Check in advance the campus of your programme op deze pagina.

Can I register during the info days?

We ask you to complete your registration online as much as possible. But of course PCs will be available during the info days to do this on campus. The student secretariat will then also be able to answer any questions you may have. You are very welcome on Saturday 24 June, or during the info days in September '23! Of course, you can also just register online from home.

What will I receive after my final enrolment?

Upon your final registration, you will receive the following:

  • Info on the start of the academic year
  • Login details for the digital counter (iBaMaFlex) and your student e-mail address. You can then find the following documents on iBaMaFlex:
    • Your contract with the college. You must sign this digitally
    • Registration certificate
    • Transfer forms

You registered using our online registration tool and chose to visit in person there? Or would you like help with your online registration? If so, our enrolment team will be happy to help you process your enrolment and answer any questions you may have. You can always send an e-mail to the student secretariat of your campus and we will offer you further support.

Can I join you all summer?

Between 9 July and 15 August 2023, the student secretariats will be closed. Your emails or phone calls will only be answered after that. Digital registration will be possible, of course. After 15 August, we will be fully at your service again! You can read the summer opening hours in detail on this page.

Classes start on 19 September 2022. Some courses organise introductory days the week before. You will be informed after your registration.
