Fantastic edition of our International Days

Last week we organised our International Days 2023. For our fourth edition we chose inclusiveness as theme: "EhB calls for Inclusive Higher Education". The energy and inspiration is still reverberating. External partners from several EU member states and beyond came along to brainstorm with us on how inclusive education can be improved.

We were honoured to welcome 40 partners from all corners of Europe and way beyond: from Lyon over Stuttgart, Valencia to Helsinki,  from Vilnius over Casablanca to Durban and Peru. Participants exchanged practices in dozens of workshops and joined sharp and thought-provoking keynotes on inclusive education by Beno Schraepen (AP hogeschool) and Badra Djait (UGent).

On top of that they were invited to listen to a moving conversation with students Leen Sukkar & Sara Gyasi. Long time partners and friends were able to meet again, new contacts have been established and we are looking forward strengthening these partnerships by establishing new common projects. All off this under a radiant spring sun and infused with a touch of culture by the students at the Schools of Arts KCB & RITCS.

Thanks to all the partners that joined us. To the EhB colleagues for their contributions and participation and especially to the students that contributed to the programme with music, film screenings, a musical, participation in workshops and attending lectures.
