As a former psychiatric nurse who achieved his master degree, I made a career switch and became a teacher. My expertises include communication skills and reflection skills for care workers. The last 5 years I’ve also been a member of the “test/exam expert group” with digital exams and learning environment as expertise. I obtained a lot of knowledge about testing procedures , cesure, norm score etc.
