Hoe krijg je jouw deel van de 2500 euro die EhB zal sponsoren?

Stap 1: mail van EhB

Eind november delen wij via mail mee welk bedrag je mag verwachten van EhB. Zo werkt het: de €2500 wordt gedeeld door aantal goede doelen, niet door het aantal acties. Indien meerdere acties hetzelfde goede doel gekozen hebben, wordt het bedrag nog eens gedeeld over het aantal acties. Zo worden alle goede doelen gelijk behandeld.

Stap 2: jij schiet voor

Je maakt zelf het ingezamelde bedrag over via de site van De Warmste Week, en je schiet het hogergenoemde bedrag voor door het bij jouw eigen bedrag te tellen.

Stap 3: wij sturen jou een kostennota

Tegelijk sturen we jou een document waarin je je rekeningnummer invult zodat we je het sponsorbedrag kunnen overmaken.

Stap 4: jij stuurt die terug met een bewijsje

Dat document stuur je ondertekend terug (scan) naar dorien.brouwer@ehb.be, samen met een print/scan van je bankuittreksel ter bewijs van je overschrijving naar DWW.  

Stap 5: wij maken het geld over

Wij maken zo snel mogelijk het bedrag over waar je recht op hebt op het door jou doorgegeven rekeningnummer.

At the end of November we will inform you by e-mail what amount you can expect from EhB. This is how it works: the € 2500 is divided by the number of charities, not by the number of actions. If several actions have chosen the same charity, the amount will be divided again over the number of actions. This way all charities are treated equally.

Step 2: you advance the amount that EhB wil sponsor

You transfer the collected amount yourself via the website of De Warmste Week, and you advance the above amount by adding it to your own amount.

Step 3: we will send you a form to get the sponsored amount

To reimburse you, we send you a document in which you enter your account number in order to transfer the sponsored amount to you.

Step 4: you send the form back with proof of money transfer

You send this document with signature (scan) back to dorien.brouwer@ehb.be, together with a print / scan of your bank statement to prove your transfer to DWW.

Step 5: we transfer the money

We transfer as quickly as possible the amount that you are entitled to to the account number you specified.
