The Campus in Jette is located in an idyllic green area of Brussels. The proximity to 'het Koning Boudewijnpark', 'Laarbeekbos' and 'Poelbos' provides a serene and pleasant environment to live and study. The campus in Jette represents the Erasmus University College and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), both partners in the University Association Brussels.

With 9 bachelor programmes, Campus Jette offers the most elaborate educational choise of all EhB campuses in Brussels. The department 'Campus Jette' offers bachelor programmes:

in Architecture: Landscape and Garden Architecture
in Health Care: Nursing, Midwifery, Biomedical Laboratory Technology and Nutrition and Dietetics
in Education: Nursery Education, Primary Education and Secondary Education

The lecturer, the researcher and the student can find well-equipped classrooms, student housing 'SOVEhB' and a student restaurant.

Whoever mentions the campus in Jette cannot forget to mention the VUB and the University Hospital. The VUB offers all medical courses and research, the so-called life sciences (medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, the biomedical and paramedical sciences). The University Hospital with more than 25,000 patients admitted annually, is one of the largest hospitals in Belgium. Intensive cooperation with the hospital and the university is very important for students and lecturers in health care.

Another benefit students have is the presence of one of the largest sports complexes in Belgium 'Health City'. Students can improve their physical condition, enjoy a relaxing sauna, bowl with friends and much more (at low student rates). These sports facilities are also important for students in the bachelor programme Secondary Education 'Physical Education and Movement Science'.

Furthermore, our students in 'Landscape and Garden Architecture', the so called “green” courses, benefit greatly from the proximity of the many public parcs and forests and the National Botanic Garden of Belgium.

Thanks to the diversity among people, culture and languages, campus life is very enjoyable and stimulating for both students and lecturers.
