Music students study at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel (Royal Conservatory of Brussels), situated in the old heart of the capital, close to the Sablon.
With a view of the Egmont Park with its dozens of statues, the course and practice rooms are located in facilities where the atmosphere of olden days lives on.
The Conservatoire itself, with its 19th century concert hall, is often used by students to practice. Of course, concerts are held here in the evenings for the general public which students can attend for free.
The Conservatoire library contains dozens of unique works and scores accessible to students and professors. No wonder then that the quality of the education, combined with the historical character of the building, attracts many international students.
